General Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the 777xcx platform, including the website accessible at 777xcx.app and the official Android application. By accessing any part of the platform, registering an account, placing a bet, making a deposit or claiming a bonus, you are confirming that you have read and accepted these terms in their entirety.

You must not use false information, someone else's identity or any automated registration method.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. 777xcx will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your password or failed to take reasonable steps to secure your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits on 777xcx are processed in PKR. Any attempt to reverse, charge back or otherwise dispute a deposit made to 777xcx through your payment provider will be treated as a breach of these terms, and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

777xcx offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible account holders, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, reload promotions and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general terms.

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses) and expiry period will be clearly stated in each offer's individual terms. Bonus funds and wagering progress are typically forfeited if you request a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met, unless stated otherwise.

• 777xcx may void any bonus or winnings where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of promotions

Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 777xcx covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, one-day series and other formats — as well as football, esports and other sports as available. All bets are subject to these general terms and the specific rules applicable to each sport and market.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the user except through the cash-out function where that option is made available. 777xcx reserves the right to refuse any bet or to impose limits on stakes without providing a reason.

In-play and live betting markets operate under fast-changing conditions. In the event of a technical error, a feed delay or an odds feed failure, 777xcx reserves the right to void affected bets. Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a system or human error will be settled at the correct odds or voided at the platform's discretion.

• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport rules for that market
• For cricket matches, if the minimum required number of overs is not completed, bets on that match may be voided
• Bets on PSL and international T20 matches are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body
• Multiple (accumulator) bets require all selections to be valid; a single void selection may reduce the accumulator rather than void it entirely, depending on market rules
• Maximum payout limits apply and are displayed in the betting section

Casino and Fish Games

All games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino, real-time dealer environments. • VIP points and tier status are non-transferable between accounts

• Abuse of VIP benefits — including collusion to artificially accumulate points — will result in VIP status being revoked and associated benefits being voided

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 777xcx platform. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 777xcx reserves the right to suspend or close the relevant account, void any bets or winnings, withhold pending withdrawals and take further action as appropriate.

• Registering more than one account, or registering under another person's identity
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with other users to exploit promotional offers or guarantee outcomes (match betting, arbitrage across accounts)
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any non-human means to interact with the platform
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform's systems
• Providing false identity information or submitting fraudulent verification documents
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or conducting transactions that may constitute money laundering
• Abusing chargebacks or payment reversals to obtain funds from 777xcx
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or any multiplayer game format

Account Suspension and Closure

777xcx reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time. Where this is done due to a breach of these terms, pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any funds legitimately held in the account will be returned to the player via the registered payment method.

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting customer support.
